As we will be confined to small spaces we won't be able to go to the gym or have much outdoor exercise.. that doesn't mean we should neglect exercise in these trying times as it will most likely make our situations feel worse from the effects of cabin fever and a lack of physical exercise which can have a big impact on our mental health!
